And one of the most interesting houses I've seen in this area just hit the market.

It may not look like much from the outside, but trust me, it's a special house that just needs some vision -- and cash! -- to bring it back to it's inherent glory.  I got a sneak peek last week when I stopped in for the estate sale.  Later today I will get the full blown tour (I hope!) so I can share it with you all.
